1. Introduction

This Policy & Procedures Manual explains how customers should use NowCut, the mobile app that connects you with trusted barbers for at-home grooming services. It ensures a smooth, safe, and reliable experience.

2. Booking a Servic

All appointments must be booked through the NowCut app. - Customers can choose a barber based on ratings, reviews, and availability. - Full payment is required at the time of booking through the app

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the appointment to be eligible for a refund. - Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may not be refunded. - If the barber fails to show up, customers will receive a full refund.

4. Customer Conduct

Customers must provide accurate details, including address and contact information. - The service location must be safe, clean, and suitable for grooming. - Customers are expected to treat barbers respectfully. Misconduct may result in account suspension.

5. Support & Disputes

Customers can reach support through the in-app help section. - In case of service disputes, NowCut’s support team will review the situation and issue a resolution.

6. Privacy & Security

Customer data is encrypted and handled according to UAE data protection laws. - Personal data will only be used to improve the customer experience and process bookings.

7. Enforcement

Violation of these policies may result in account suspension or permanent removal from NowCut. - NowCut reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
