Terms & Conditions (For Barbershops)

Please read these terms carefully before partnering with NowCut.

1. Service Model

  • NowCut connects your barbers with customers for at-home grooming services.
  • All bookings must be handled through the NowCut platform.

2. Barbershop Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business and barber details.
  • Ensure barbers are licensed, professional, and follow hygiene standards.
  • Barbers must be ready on time for the scheduled pickup.

3. Transportation

  • NowCut arranges and pays for all transportation.
  • Barber no-show → 50 AED deduction from next payout.
  • Rider no-show → 100 AED compensation to the Barbershop.

4. Customer Policies

  • Customers can cancel/reschedule up to 2 hours before the service for free.
  • Cancelling within 2 hours (before the barber is in transit) → 50 AED goes to the Barbershop.
  • If the customer is at fault (no-show/refusal) → Barbershop receives 50% of the transaction.

5. Pricing & Commissions

  • NowCut takes a 35% commission per completed booking.
  • Customer pays a 10% service fee.
  • Barbershop receives the remaining amount after commissions and adjustments.

6. Payouts

  • Payouts are sent on the 28th of every month.
  • Refunds, deductions, and compensations will reflect in the payout.

7. Quality & Conduct

  • Barbers must deliver services as listed and behave professionally.
  • Repeated complaints or violations may result in suspension from the platform.

8. NowCut Obligations

  • Market the platform to bring new customers.
  • Provide safe, reliable transportation.
  • Provide technical support and transparent earnings reports.
  • Handle disputes fairly.

9. Liability

  • Barbershop is responsible for its barbers and their service quality.
  • NowCut is not liable for damages or injuries caused during the service.

10. Termination

  • Barbershop may request removal at any time.
  • All pending payouts and deductions will be settled after closure.
